Our planet's cyclic events are way outside our sphere of conscious knowledge. They are not measured in decades or centuries, the timelin...es are beyond our comprehension and we react in response to stimuli of our reptile brain.The broader our simplistic knowledge grows the greater the perceived threat to our existence.
Fortunately history tells us that every great civilisation has its day, rivers moved, pestilence struck, the environment changed as part of the Earth's natural lifespan...even the extant era of the dinosaurs came to a natural, bitter end due to a change it the environment.
The Green's to me, on the issue of global warming are the supreme Henny Pennyists, pure attention seeking, nanna governmentalists, but hey I'm Far Middle, what would I know!!!
I wonder what we will offer future fossicker, other piles of sooty, melted, synthetic waste.
