NEW DIRECTION - NEW VISION

A very motivated new committee has been appointed at St Kilda City Football Club and they are planning well into the future to ensure the club's survival.
The club grounds are just behind the iconic Luna Park, and it has enjoyed 75 years of play at the Peanut Farm Reserve with a proud heritage of sporting success.
Not withstanding the Senior sides, it is quite a large club including its asscociation with the St Kilda City Junior Football Club with its 12 teams...
There are also three women's teams with the St Kilda Sharks.

A New Beginning

The club has made some key changes for 2011 and intend to engage more strongly with the local community, the new committee has been established with these long term goals in mind.

They also intend to build a much stronger link to the their junior footballers and this will include creating a family friendly atmosphere at matches and events.

The club wants to also focus strongly on delivering value back to our local sponsors and develop a partnership with sponsors and supporting local businesses.

The club has had a strong history of success fielding both a senior football and reserve XVIII in the Southern Football League and U18 Colts in the Southern Colts competition having won three out of the last four senior grand finals and the Colts winning in 2009.

A very strong commitment to youth sees an alignment with 11 junior sides from under 9s to under 18s, ensuring pathways for players from an early age.
